Thank you again. Lonmohr, this may take a week with your present speed. Please stop all your other torrents and turn your UPLOAD speed to 'unlimited' and see what happens. My own maximum upload speed is 70 kB/s, and I think this is insufficient to upload a whole DVD. If you click my blue username up here at the right, you may see all the 700 MiB torrents I have uploaded with this limited speed.

I have throttled back all my other uploads (only 3) to minimum so it should only take about another 30 hours to upload this. I also throttle my bandwidth from 7:00 am to midnight PST (I need my upstream bandwidth for remote access from work). Things should go even better when my speed picks-up overnight.

Sorry Lonmohr, I didn't mean to be condescending, but I saw that you had only upped one 700 MiB file before. We'll just have to be patient and take it at your pace.
When I upload bigger files, I send a copy on disc beforehand to a friend with high-speed capacity so that he can help me seed it.

Kuthumi, Absolutely no offense taken. I had already adjusted my bandwidth before I read your post. I'm trying to get this out there as quickly as possible so that I'm not the only seeder.

There seems to be a lot of drive-by dowloaders out there. Come on, wait until you've seeded at least 110% before quitting. Don't quit if you're the only seeder.

I think it's called hit-and-run here. We who take the bother to upload films could do a lot more if the rest of you were more responsible with the seeding. If you click my user's name, you can see that I have uploaded some 50 torrents now, and much of my capacity is still spent seeding them. I have 3,000 films in my collection...
It's been stuck at %69.2 for a while. Can someone seed?
